Yippee! Bright water like colour with water like hue. Top note of ripe and unripe gooseberry, followed by a hint of spice and tropical fruit with a lightly herbaceous end note. On the palate, flavours of ripe gooseberry, tropical fruit and unripe gooseberry emerge. Clean acid finish. Some citrus is evident on the back palate. Gooseberry and tropical fruit aftertaste.
