Para Port is an investment from everyone's point of view. Seppelts have invested much time and effort and with clever foresight from six generations ago now have a product the envy of the fortified world. Once you have tasted a Para Liqueur, in my opinion most other ports can seem a little ordinary. A minimum of  a puncheon of the finest wine from every vintage is laid aside to become part of the 140 year old tradition.   

1930 is one of a dozen or so single vintage Para''s - and in my opinion it is comparable to many of the greats from Portugal. These are simply superb Liqueur Ports redolent with marzipan, smokey sweetness, rancio (think nutty/buttery) and spirit. 1922, 1927, 1930, 1933, 1939, 1944, 1947  etc all have different and special qualities, but essentially they all offer the same fantastic "Porting" experience!!!
