For all our international deliveries we use Australia Post's ECI (Express Courier International). Delivery is very fast, usually 6 days or less door to door. Please note that any duties/customs payable at Country of destination remain the purchasers responsibility.
For our Australian Customers, shipping is only AUD18.50 including insurance to any address in Australia for a carton of up to 12 standard bottles. This is a fixed carton price with Australia Post's Wine Delivery Service whether there are 1, 5 or 12 Bottles in it.
There is no extra charge for insurance. We insure to the full value of your carton.
Please note that all cartons are sent receipted delivery with a tracking number. Insurance is covered to the value of your purchase in the Freight Price against Loss and Breakage. However with older wines, seepage can occur in Transit and this cannot be insured against. Should this rare event happen, please contact us and we will advise you on the best way to overcome the problem :

Returns to Isle of Wine:
We are happy to offer a full refund on any item that is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent. The original packaging should be used wherever possible. Bottles etc must remain sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are usually unrefundable.
